For over 35 years, we have engineered and developed formulas for the US Navy Seals and optical giants, such as Zeiss and Luxottica (including Lens Crafters, Pearle Vision, and Sunglass Hut).

INDUSTRIAL APPLICATIONS
We offer industrial coatings for addition during manufacturing or after-market application for interior/exterior display panels, touch screens, glass displays and screens, windshields, solar panels, glass countertops and display cases, glass, ceramic and porcelain tableware, toilets, sinks, shower doors and more. Our coatings keep surfaces cleaner longer, make them easier to clean and more durable.

We offer private labeling for several of our popular product lines and make them available for in-house, large-scale branding.

Includes lens care, electronic device hygiene and protection, anti-fog solutions, household cleaning, and auto protection. Our Nano Magic brand is offered both direct-to-consumer and through retail channels.

Director, Chairman of the Board
Served as Chairman of the Board since August 2014. He served as President and Chief Executive Officer from 2014-2019. Mr. Rickert was the Chief Executive Officer of the company that is now Nano Magic, LLC from its founding in 1985.
TOM J. BERMAN
Director, CEO
Most recently served as Chief Administrative Officer and General Counsel for Reverie, a Michigan-based sleep technology company. Founded Berman Law, PLLC, and is a graduate of Michigan State University and of University of Detroit Mercy School of Law.
RONALD J. BERMAN
Director
Co-founder of Rock Financial (now Quicken Loans) in 1985 and was a member of its Board of Directors. He is the co-founder of BEG Enterprises and served as its President from 1989 to 1998. Berman currently practices law as a sole practitioner.
RAYMOND GUNN
Director
An experienced CEO, CFO and board member. In 2022 he became the Chairman and CEO of FSB Holdings, In., a bank holding company. He currently serves on the boards of TrillaMed, LLC., Cadillac Products Packaging Company, Blake’s Family of Companies, and the Central Michigan University Research Corp.
JEANNE RICKERT
Director, Secretary of the Board
Serves as General Counsel and Director of Nano Magic. Prior to joining, she worked as a lawyer at the international law firm of Jones Day where she specialized in mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and general corporate and commercial matters.
CASEY HURBIS
Director
Casey is Chief Marketing Officer at Rocket Mortgage. Casey joined Rocket in 2017 after 24 years in automotive marketing, most recently leading advertising, and communications for FIAT. Casey is also very involved in the Special Olympics, the Salvation Army, and Bethany Christian Adoption Services. Casey also serves on the Board of Directors for Adcraft Detroit and the Detroit Sports Commission. Casey is a graduate of Michigan State University.

RICK KOVACS
Rick is a founding partner of Deekay Enterprises, a company that grew to over $100 Million in annual sales in both B2C and D2C. When the company was acquired by The Home Depot, Rick stayed on for three additional years as a Home Depot Divisional Senior Vice President. Rick then joined North American Bankcard as EVP of Sales & Marketing. Rick currently invests in, and advises, startup and early-stage businesses with a focus on corporate strategy, sales, and marketing.
BOBBY SCHOSTAK
Bobby is the CEO of MadDog Venture Capital & General Partner/Fund Manager of MadDog Venture Capital Fund I, a developer & funder of cloud-based solutions that are disruptive to the industries they serve. Bobby is the founder of the Templar Baker Group (TBG) which provides political and campaign consulting to businesses across the country and Bobby is the Chairman of the Oakland University Board of Trustees. Bobby also serves on the Board of Advisors of Boji Group, Belle Tire, C.S. Mott Children's Hospital and The Urban Land Institute of Michigan, and he is a member of the Schostak Family Enterprises Advisory Board.
MARC ELLER
Marc Eller started his career as the owner and operator of a Life Insurance Brokerage Agency. He went on to co-found B.E.G Enterprises, a real estate company that owned, invested, developed, and managed a diverse real estate portfolio. Marc was also the CEO of Applied Nanotech Inc., a subsidiary of Nano Magic. Marc has gone on to own and operate several private equity companies and he has consulted for, and sat on, the boards of various companies. Most recently, Marc started a hedge fund that primarily invests in small cap public companies. Marc joined Nano Magic’s Advisory Board in September 2023 and currently works side-by-side with Tom Berman, the CEO of Nano Magic.
MICHAEL LEVEY
Michael is the founder of Air Master Heating and Air-Conditioning that he recently sold to a private equity firm. Michael is an investor and advisor to several companies, primarily focused on manufacturers in the heating and air conditioning industry. Michael also spends his time mentoring CEO’s and entrepreneurs.
GRANT IRONS
Grant Irons, a University of Notre Dame graduate with a degree in Management Information Systems, is a former professional football player for the Las Vegas Raiders and Buffalo Bills, known for his dedication and leadership as a two-time team captain. Nicknamed "Game Ready" by teammates, he lives by the mottos "You practice how you play" and "When you stay ready, you don't have to get ready!" Now a successful business owner in the medical field, he focuses on improving patient and caregiver experiences while reducing costs and generating new revenue streams for health systems, clinics, and surgery centers nationwide.
JARRETT IRONS
Jarrett Irons is a seasoned sales executive, entrepreneur, and co-founder with 25 years of experience in creating strategic business synergies across various sectors. As co-founder of Omada Ventures, he specializes in strategic sales network solutions, helping companies achieve scalability by identifying synergies in industries like health and wellness, athletics, sustainability, manufacturing, and construction. A former All-American and two-time captain for the University of Michigan football team, Irons applies teamwork and collaboration principles from his athletic career to foster strong, lasting business relationships.
STEVE GANTZ
Steve Gantz is an entrepreneur with over 30 years of experience in founding and growing companies across multiple industries. He founded Industrial Steam Cleaning Corp. in 1990, now a leader in grease ventilation cleaning for over 3,000 food service customers. In 1997, he launched Insurance Services Construction Corp., specializing in insurance reconstruction and mold remediation across 26 states, which he sold in 2019. Steve also founded Only Contents Corporation, focused on cleaning and restoring damaged contents, selling its Georgia and Florida divisions after building a strong reputation in content restoration.
